CPUK will always try to get orders dispatched ASAP but it can take up to two working days to process orders and most of our items due to size are sent on a 48hr service and therefore ask customers NOT to chase orders until after 5 working days or one calendar week from when the order was placed.
We are NOT able to offer any other delivery services and although items will often arrive within a week, we will never guarantee this.
We are sorry but we cannot ship outside of UK mainland. So we cannot ship to any UK Islands such as Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands or the Scottish Highland. We have tried several different services over the years and have unfortunately made a company decision to not offer a service at this time.
We are, however, able to ship any items to a friend who has a UK mainland address who can forward it or hand it on or sent items to a UK freight forwarder of your choosing (however we cannot supply any paperwork which might be needed. This will need to be supplied by the forwarding company). Any Search in an internet search engine for a UK freight forwarder will show companies that do this service.
