Returns Policy

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us and we will always try to work with our customers in the event of any issues that may arise.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us by email of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receipt. Notification should be sent to:

If you would like to cancel an order after goods have been dispatched, you will be under an obligation to return goods within 14 days of receipt. The goods need to be returned in the original unopened packaging and so in a resaleable condition. Any payments and postage incurred will need to be arranged and paid for by you as the customer. Please contact us before sending a return and use a service which can provide proof of delivery and insurance (to cover the cost if the goods are damaged during their return).

Once you have notified us of your intention to return and on receipt of the goods in resalable, new condition any sum paid to us will be re-credited to you payment source as soon as possible, which will normally refunded within 7 days but in any event within 30 days. Restocking/repackaging fees may apply.

Any goods that are returned in poor or damaged condition or that have been fitted will not be able to be resold and therefor can not be refunded. In this event photographic evidence will be provided for you.

Items like the roof rack that needs to be opened checked and repacked into new packaging will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price.

Defective Product Returns Policy

Please inform us within 7 days of receipt if goods are defective in any way. We will as you to return the item but will a standard postage costs on top of the purchase costs or refund the postage and provide a suitable replacement.

Any damage caused in transit must be reported to the delivery driver. Please check delivered items carefully and (if damage has occurred) have the driver photograph the damage as the ‘delivery photo’ that will be taken. Failure to do so will void a claim, as this evidence is needed to make a claim.

We cannot accept any return of fitted items. Any item that is due to be fitted should be inspected for any defects on arrival, prior to fitting.


A product is not considered defective due to colour, stitch or sucker variation.
