Returns Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us (in writing) of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receipt. If you would like to cancel an order after goods have been dispatched, you will be under an obligation to return goods within 14 days of receipt. The goods and original packaging must be undamaged and returned in “as new” resalable condition.

Any payments and postage incurred will be arranged and paid for by you. Please contact us before sending a return and use a service which can provide proof of delivery.

Once you have notified us of your intention to return and on receipt of the goods in resalable, new condition any sum debited to us from your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be recredited as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days. Restocking/repackaging fees may apply.

Any goods returned in poor condition will be offset against the re-credit, according to anything missing or damaged.

All items subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price.


Defective Product Returns Policy

Please inform us within 7 days of receipt if goods are not as described on the website or are defective in any way. We will collect any faulty goods or refund postage costs and purchase costs in full or provide a suitable replacement.

Any damage caused in transit must be reported to the delivery driver. Check delivered items carefully and (if damage has occurred) do not sign for the delivery – instead write only “damaged”. Failure to do so will void a claim.


A product is not considered defective due to colour, stich or sucker variation.
