Inside of Canvas Full Roof Rack System

This is full roof rack system to fit any elevating roof

The length bars are 2m long but can be shortened if needed on a shorter vehicle to the typical VW, Mercedes, Vauxhall or Ford etc

This is designed to go inside of the canvas (but this longer and slightly wider rail can still be fitted outside of the canvas if wanting a longer length rail than is offered in the other kit?).

If mounting inside the canvas particular care is needed to seal around each of the fitting holes. There are two types of fittings available.

Universal fittings, which are very easy and straight forward to use and come with a load spreading flat washer, Nyloc nut and plastic nut caps (this is also the kit needed if using this longer 2m rail outside of the canvas).

Barrel bolts, which give a lower profile and prettier looking internal fitment but require a millimetre accurate holes to be drilled and are a lot more fiddly to fit than the universal kit. Depending on now thick and the regularity of the thickness of your roof you may require bolts to be shortened a bit or slightly longer M5 countersunk bolts may need to be purchased?
