We only mail items on Tuesdays and Thursdays on a one-two day service. Please do not chase orders until at least working days have elapsed.
All orders have a minimum shipping cost of £5, heavy items will add to the total shipping cost.
For mail orders, our preferred method of payment is online Paypal payments and we courier items on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
Please be aware that we can only post to UK postcodes and that all stated postage costs are for mainland UK postage excluding UK Islands and enhanced Scottish post codes. Any postage to a UK Islands or enhanced Scottish post code will need to be priced individually by ringing us with or e-mailing us your post code, but are often from 2 to 4 times the standard cost.
We can take debit card payments by phone but only on Tuesday to Friday mornings from 9am-1pm on the order line below. We can take credit cards but these are subject to a 3% surcharge and do not accept American Express.

Goods will only be sent on receipt of cleared funds. Please see our Delivery Terms as no liability can be accepted for a delay in delivery due to problems in payment.
Our preferred method of payment for mail order items is by Paypal (this is normally an instant payment unless an echeque is used) but we are also able to take debit cards or credit cards (with a 3% surcharge) by telephone payments, personal cheque (with time to pay it in and allow it to clear) or bank transfer (which will need to be followed by an e-mail so we know to keep our eye out for it clearing).
Cancellation & Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason and wish to return it in the same condition it left us, you must inform us in writing within a 7 day period. Notification must be sent by email to email@example.com or by letter to the address below.
If you cancel an order, you will be under an obligation to return any received goods and pay for the cost of doing so within 14 days of receiving the goods. Any payments or postage charges for returning the goods are not refundable and the return postage will need to be arranged by you. Please contact us before sending a return item to the address below and use a service which can provide proof of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for returns costs for remorse returns.
During cancellation you have to take reasonable care of the product. The goods and any original packaging have to be undamaged and returned with the product in a resalable ‘as new’ condition.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order and returning the goods, any sum debited to us from your credit, debit card or Paypal account will be re-credited to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they left us. Any returned goods not returned in the condition sent will be offset against the re-credit, according to anything missing or damaged.
Defective Product Returns Policy
You must inform us within 7 days of delivery if the goods you receive are not as described on the Website or are defective in any way. We will collect any faulty goods or refund return postage costs and refund your purchase money in full or provide a suitable replacement.
Any damage caused during transit must be reported to the delivering driver (do not let them hurry you, as it is your right to properly check any delivered item) and any documentation presented needs to just have the word ‘damaged’ written on it WITHOUT GIVING A SIGNATURE . Failure to so will often void a claim.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT CLAIM FOR AND THEREFOR CANNOT REPLACE OR REFUND A DAMAGED ITEM IF SIGNED FOR IN GOOD CONDITION.
A product will not be considered defective due to colour, stitch or sucker variation.
We aim to deliver anything in stock within 5 working days. The collection days from us are Tuesdays and Thursdays and are often next working day delivered BUT THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE. Any items needing to be ordered or made can take significantly longer before they are delivered. If this may cause problems, please contact us before ordering to get an estimated time scale.
If for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather, traffic conditions or sheer bad luck, we are unable to deliver or the delivery is delayed then no liability whether in damages or otherwise can be accepted by Campervan Parts UK arising from any cause whatsoever.
In the event that a delivery goes wrong we will assess the situation and of course do our best to help. Should there be a fault on our part we shall rectify it free of charge as soon as possible.

Please check that nobody else has signed for your item in your absence before chasing an undelivered item, as we can waste a lot of time to find it has already been delivered!)
