All items are sent on Tuesdays and Thursdays using DPD Courier Services. Please allow one-two working days for delivery.

All orders have a minimum shipping cost of £5. Heavy items will incur additional charges.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. You do not need to have an account to use PayPal. We also accept Debit Card Payments by phone (call 01237423399) and Credit Cards (subject to a 3% surcharge), although we do not accept American Express.

Please be aware that we are only able to serve UK Postcodes. All postage costs quoted are for UK mainland only (excluding UK islands and enhanced Scottish postcodes). We offer a full money-back guarantee for purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us (in writing) of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receipt. If you would like to cancel an order after goods have been dispatched, you will be under an obligation to return goods within 14 days of receipt. The goods and original packaging must be undamaged and returned in “as new” resalable condition.

Any payments and postage incurred will be arranged and paid for by you. Please contact us before sending a return and use a service which can provide proof of delivery.

Once you have notified us of your intention to return and on receipt of the goods in resalable, new condition any sum debited to us from your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be recredited as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.

Any goods returned in poor condition will be offset against the re-credit, according to anything missing or damaged.

Defective Product Returns Policy

Please inform us within 7 days of receipt if goods are not as described on the website or are defective in any way. We will collect any faulty goods or refund postage costs and purchase costs in full or provide a suitable replacement.

Any damage caused in transit must be reported to the delivery driver. Check delivered items carefully and (if damage has occurred) do not sign for the delivery – instead write only “damaged”. Failure to do so will void a claim.


A product is not considered defective due to colour, stitch or sucker variation.

Delivery Terms

Collection days from Campervan Parts UK are Tuesdays and Thursdays. We aim to deliver in stock items within 5 working days.


Any item that needs to be ordered or made can take significantly longer to be delivered. If this may cause problems, please contact us before ordering to confirm a delivery time scale.

If for any reason (including, but not limited to, inclement weather, traffic conditions or out of stock items) an item is not delivered or the delivery is delayed, no liability can be accepted by Campervan Parts UK.
